Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public BidAce website at getbidace.com.
BidAce is a product of Radford Technologies.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
This policy covers the public getbidace.com website and Early Access requests. Separate agreements will govern the BidAce software itself and will be provided before any beta software is distributed.
Website Purpose
The BidAce website provides information about BidAce, an electrical estimating software product currently under development and controlled-beta preparation.
Information on this website is provided for informational, promotional, and Early Access purposes.
Access to the website does not create a software license, subscription, customer relationship, partnership, or guarantee of future access to BidAce.
Early Access Requests
Visitors may request consideration for controlled beta or future access to BidAce.
Submitting a request:
- Does not guarantee acceptance
- Does not guarantee a particular release date
- Does not create an obligation for Radford Technologies to provide software
- Does not establish pricing or commercial terms
- Does not constitute purchase of a product or service
Selected beta participants may be required to accept separate beta terms, software license terms, confidentiality provisions, or other agreements before receiving software.
Product Development and Availability
BidAce is actively being developed.
Features, workflows, interfaces, screenshots, illustrative previews, descriptions, release plans, and availability may change before or after beta.
Website interface previews may be illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise that every displayed feature or design will appear exactly as shown in a released product.
No Professional or Estimating Advice
Website content is provided for general informational purposes.
Nothing on this website constitutes electrical engineering advice, code consulting, legal advice, accounting advice, estimating advice, or a guarantee of bid accuracy.
Users remain responsible for reviewing their own project documents, quantities, labor assumptions, pricing, applicable codes, specifications, scope, and final bids.
Intellectual Property
The BidAce name, branding, website design, software concepts, product interfaces, documentation, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Radford Technologies except where otherwise stated.
